Can it reverse the process of male pattern baldness?
Male Pattern Baldness Archives
I am 18 years old and the back of my top/back of my head (hairline area) is a little irritated.
Hair loss runs in my family, so I just want to know when to start doing something about it.
My dad said that he started experiencing the same irritation as I am now when he first started to lose hair, so that is why I am concerned.
Would that irritation be a symptom? What are some other symptoms?
I have seen in my case, I’m blading near my temples, but this area is also prone to excessive sweating. Especially in summers when it gets humid. Is there any relation, and if yes, how can it be treated?
on the Oprah show, she had Dr. Oz, and he said that Rogaine doesnt regrow your hair, but stop it from falling out. that rogaine stops some chemical in your scalp from produceing; where this chemical is what makes hair fall out. is this true?
Hi all, my doctor diagnosed me with male-pattern baldness. However, I’ve been on Propecia for almost 2 months and the hair loss has only increased. Its so bad that when i run my fingers through my hair, I have hair with roots between my fingers. Is this normal for male-pattern baldness or is my doctor wrong in his diagnosis. Furthermore, I got my thyroid tested and the results are within the range, with a TSH of 3.6.
Can someone help me out?
To kind of get people used to the idea early before it actually happens?

and baldness in women?
My grandma got it but only one of her four children got it. [my mom] So I’m a little worried that I’ll receive it…. My sister used to have a full head of hair, but now it’s starting to thin out. It could be stress from college, but I’m still very worried. So, what are the chances of me getting it? How can I prevent it since I’m only 15? I really don’t want to lose my hair… I’m a girl by the way.
Do some of our close genetic relatives have a similar condition?
….no seriously. I’ve never even seen a store in my life that sells them. I don’t even know how you would even go about getting one, or who even makes them. I see white men with them all the time, but its not like they are sold at Walmart, Target, the Mall, or anywhere, so where in the hell do they come from?
Is there any evidence to support this?
I have seen some people who use gel regularly and have what looks like bald patches.
I am trying to research a method to assist in the problem. I prefer not take pills since I already take a STATIN and don’t want to risk my liver any more then I have to. I came across this Provillus and wanted to see if anyone has had any experiences with it. Thanks in advance!
Also, what are the chances of me going bald? My mom’s father has a full head of hair as well as all of my mother’s brothers.
