I’d stick with the 2500 mcg for a few months and see if you notice any difference. It does take a while for new hair growth to be noticeable. I lost my hair to chemo and it took about a month before I noticed any growth.
You might also ask your doctor for a referral to a nutritionist to help you figure out the right balance of nutrients for your personal needs.
2500 should be enough
.
upping it could cause severe kidney and liver damage
By the way, a cure for Crohn’s disease is to drink your own urine (no it doesn’t do any damage since all toxins are detoxified into urea)
just thought you should know a random fact lol
dont do that though .. ew ew and eww xD
