Hair And Nutrition?
I was wondering how long it takes for your hair to stop breaking/falling out – due to nutritional deficiencies. I have a very Low serum iron count (I am on suppliments) and I don’t really eat protein – and its finally caught up to me. How long after taking suppliments and eating well does the hair loss/breakage stop ???
For those who will ask. Thyroid, Hormones etc are fine. It is nutritional ![]()

The oldest hairs should fall out, then new hairs can grow out.
It takes one month for 1/2 inches average for hair to grow, so wait a month and see!
But keep eating protein or you will get permanent balding!
