My diet has been a little off lately, so I’m assuming that is why it has taken a toll on my body.
I’m not on a diet. I’m in college and as most of you know, it’s hard to keep up with a routine when some days you stay up too late and some days you don’t.
I am trying to regrow hair that came out when someone overprocessed my hair when I was getting highlights. I know that in order to grow your hair healthy you have to have a clean healthy scalp. I have tried everything nutritionally, good hair products, eat the right oils and fats in my diet, I don’t use heating appliances hardly at all, I don’t wash it too much so I don’t dry it out? WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? Thankx!
I’ve had really bad skin, hair and nails for the last month or so, though I’ve tried to take care of them. What mineral might I be missing from my diet that is necessary for their upkeep?
Recently I have noticed my 7 year old cat throwing up food,I have taken him to the vet and the vet cannot decide what this could be caused from, I changed his diet thought maybe it was the food I was giving him, no change, Me next thought was it was caused from his fluffy hair so I took him to a groomer and had him shaved… Still no change.. I am begging to think it is something serious… If you have any ideas of what it might be and what I might possible try, I am open to suggestions… Thank you in advance
I have a 5month old bichon frise and in the last 2weeks her hair has been falling out rapidly. we took her to the vets and she said it could be flees so we treated her for flees but she is still losing hair could it be her diet when she went to the groomers they said it could be her diet shes been on the same food all her life but could that cause problems now? Would changing her food be a good idea? shes on pedigree puppy chicken & rice dry food.
What should I include in my daily diet thats healthy to eat and good for skin and hair? please give me names of food not like protein and etc….. the exact name hehe thanks =) I just feel like I am not eating enough healthy food
I have a long hair chihuahua that doesnt really have a long coat (he is still developing it, 7 months old), and I want him to have a fuller coat. I heard diet plays a big role, and am wondering what brand/foods would help hair growth. THanks!
I have realy thin hair and ontop of that its blonde!!! It looks really bad because you can see my skull since its light. I have baldness as well, I was wondering if there’s anything I can do to fix it, rub any oil, or eat a specific diet??
I’ve heard about a diet that involves eating hair for meals. Is this true? Does hair have any nutritional value? I’ve already eaten one meal consisting of only hair, but I didn’t feel full afterwards. Was the person that told me this just trying to embarass me? Thanks for your help.
I bought a wig of real hair and started to eat it.
this is for a cosmetology report on hair care. I need to report on how nutrition affects hair and why protein is important in your diet.
Please help me with this question, i can not find it anywhere, not even in the cosmetology book
