I bought some food from aldi grocery store turns out it has hair sealed inside of it, who do i make this complaint to besides store manager?

I work at a licensed Starbucks inside of a grocery store. I am an employee of the store and because I’m working with product for immediate consumption, I have to have my hair restrained. Some days, I wear the trademarked cap while on my shift. I’ve always worn a ponytail at this job. What are other ways I can do my hair while still being within my uniform regulations?

Ok so i bought some food from aldi grocery store, inside the package is a long strand of hair that’s sealed inside. What are the chances of me getting payed back BIG TIME? Is it really ever necessary to sue them?
