I’m an asian guy and normally most asian guys have jet black hair, well i dont, but my hair is like a dark chestnut brown. I look in the mirror and i find single strands of red hair. My hair is getting a bit lighter too and in the sun its like a normal brown. Why is this?

Is it due to the lack of nutrition or something?

I have a 2 year old german shepherd. He’s suffering from the dog food poisoning bs. Not to long ago, the hair under his nose turned gray. I know that in humans it can mean bad nutrition but is it the same for dogs?

I have an 8-year old daughter and I noticed this for a while, but when I brush her hair or pull it back she would have bare spots. As if there isn’t enough hair to cover her scalp or in other terms bald spots. Based on her nutrition and being picky on eating, I try to give her vitamins on a daily basis, but I sometimes forget. And I noticed that she brushes her hair after she takes a shower and she doesn’t brush out the tangles before she goes to bed. I’m not sure what the cause is, but what I do know is I wanted to get suggestions on products that can help stimulate the growth of her hair so she can can have that full head of hair and no bare spots.

Let me know your suggestions, thanks!

Since raw foodist are getting more nutrition by eating food the natural way does their hair grow faster and is it thicker and more healthier ? (assuming they don’t stick everyday chemicals in their hair)

Taking one or two a day, is a common side effect hair loss? I’ve heard it can be caused by lack of nutrition and sleep, which are side effects of Adderall. So, would hair loss be a side effect of a side effect? Or what?

Where can I find a great deal online for Lancome Hair Sensation Nutrition Intense Smooth & Shine Treatment 100ml

My hair is strawberry blonde and naturally curly and coarse. I do not color it, use any stylers like straighteners, etc., and lately I’ve noticed the ends are becoming very brittle and breaking off way more than usually when I brush it. I also feel that my overall hair is much dryer than usual. I am 32, good health, physical condition, etc. and am interested in finding out what kind of nutrition I can follow to make my hair healthier all-together.

Thanks! :)

I washed my hair with garnier triple nutrition on June 10, 2010 and i left the conditioner in I want to get a relaxer on Monday June,14, 2010 is it okay for me to do this?

I have long, thick hair and it tends to get frizzy when it rains or is humid outside. What is the best shampoo/conditioner to use with this kind of hair?

Right now, I’m using Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition and I use the Shampoo/Conditioner every day, but it just doesn’t seem to be doing anything for my hair. I’ve also tried the Suave Professionals for Dry/Damaged hair, but it didn’t seem to work either.

Thanks!

Does fur/hair take a lot of nutrition for its upkeep?

I have read articles about esssential oils like rosemary and lavendar stimulating scalp and new hair growth. Is this true? Also, what about scalp massage to help hair growth? I know nutrition, exercise, enough sleep etc are most important but what about these additional treatments? Has anyone seen a difference in their hair.

My younger brother has really long hair and my mom insist that he cut it, saying that hair takes up a lot of nutrition and robs the brain of important nutrition it needs. That sounds ridiculous to me is it true?

Does anyone know whether the company DEVA Nutrition (http://www.devanutrition.com) is a quality, reputable company? Has anyone tried their product, Vegan Hair, Nails, and Skin (http://www.devanutrition.com/hair_nails_skin.html), and had any problems with it or been pleased with it?

Thanks!

I dont take shower everyday because I do not want my hair thinner. I used shampoo and my hair fell off. It is like my scalp couldn’t hold my hair to stay in. Sure, I know the little fall off is normal, but this one is like double one.

Is there any remedy like nutrition to keep my hair stay with scalp to make it stronger to hold while I take shower?

I m female who has good hair.

I have anemia, which is basically not enough iron in my nutrition and my hair has gone weak and thin just because i opt for unhealthy quick snacks rather than a good healthy meal. Anyways so my problems are with nutrition rather than styling,so did u try some hair supplements (vitamins) that really worked for you? Where did you get them from and how long did it take before you saw any improvements? Thanks a bunch.

I don’t really eat healthy food because I don’t really like to eat much generally. I have noticed that hair can be picked off REAL easily all over my body lately, so I think the cause is bad nutrition… it is really scary, when I comb my hair and stuff like that I get a >handful< of hair that have been picked off :( (((((((((((

my eye brows, and hair in other areas are easily picked off as well :( ((((

I’m a 17 years old male, I would eat ANYTHING to keep my hair attached strongly to my body :( ((

I have always dyed my hair, worn it up tight, and my mother has extremely thin hair, so I am certain that is why my hair is thinning.

I’ve started using Nioxin, but I’m wondering if there is anything nutrition wise that I can do to help.

Thanks in advance :)
