Lately the past month I’ve been losing a significant amount of hair. Everytime I shower I lose around 20 to 30 strands, I wake up with some hair on my pillow, and hair falls down my arm everywhere I go. I went to my doctor and had my blood tested for nutrient defiency and alopecia. However, my results came back normal. I have no idea what’s wrong. Can anybody help?
I’m an asian guy and normally most asian guys have jet black hair, well i dont, but my hair is like a dark chestnut brown. I look in the mirror and i find single strands of red hair. My hair is getting a bit lighter too and in the sun its like a normal brown. Why is this?
Is it due to the lack of nutrition or something?
The first time I used the shampoo and conditioner, I didn’t really notice too much of a difference in hair loss compared to other shampoos and conditioners (I know my hair is supposed to fall out some.) But the second time, I noticed a lot more of my hair was falling out! It kind of freaked me out, and to make sure it wasn’t something else, I washed the next day with my moms shampoo and conditioner, and it was normal. Do you think that it was somehow just getting rid of the dead or damaged strands?(My hair is pretty dead.) I’m not doing anything different when I wash my hair. It just makes me mad that I had to waste money on it. I kind of want to get my moneys worth, but not if it means losing tons of hair!
Strands of hair can fall in the foods. Isn’t this unsanitary?
Me and my cousin have a scene/emo haircut. But we iron/straighten our hair everyday for a while, but when my mom sometimes helps me straighten my hair, she pulls out like 2 strands of hair and thats it (she never straightens my hair, only sometimes) But can ironing hair cause alopecia? And if not, what does? I don’t want to lose my hair. ![]()
