I have alopecia areata. I’ve read reports that people with alopecia have reversed their hair loss by following a wheat-free/gluten-free diet. I’m willing to try it, but I’m wondering how long of a trial would be a fair test. How long did it take for YOUR hair to grow back after starting a wheat free diet? I’m looking for first-hand experiences here, please don’t just drop a URL–I’ve already read a lot on the web. Thanks.
