There is this lady that I work with that is totally bald from alopecia?

she keeps it a secret that she has no hair anywhere. Her wig has suction cups on it but she said that it itches terribly..I think this would be horrible to keep a secret from a potential love partner but she says that she is going to…do you think she can get by with it? she is "ok" in the looks part..very very tall and slim ..she said that her first husband left her after her long thick hair fell out..she has not had any hair in over 10 years now …

Where can I get a free wig if I have alopecia?

I am 20 years old and have alopecia totalis, which is total loss of hair on my head. I’m currently a student and cannot afford a wig and was wondering if anyone out there knows any organizations that gives out free wigs.
I know that the American Cancer Society works with free wigs for people with Cancer, but I have Alopecia.

Can I eat hair for nutrition?

I’ve heard about a diet that involves eating hair for meals. Is this true? Does hair have any nutritional value? I’ve already eaten one meal consisting of only hair, but I didn’t feel full afterwards. Was the person that told me this just trying to embarass me? Thanks for your help.
